Your massage appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that emergencies can arise and will take those situations into consideration. Because our therapists are in high demand and availability is limited, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or appointment changes made less than 24 hours of the appointment time cannot be made online and must be communicated by calling 309-839-2004 or emailing renewstm@gmail.com during business hours. Voicemails or emails left after business hours will be reviewed the next business day and will not be considered valid notice. Any appointment changed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows or no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Fees will be charged to credit card on file. If a gift card is on file, it will be forfeited as payment. All outstanding balances must be paid in full before booking future appointments.
