Francis Andrade, LMT

Hi, my name is Francis! I love being active whether it is dancing, lifting, running or going on hikes. I think massage therapy is an important piece to keep our bodies always moving without pain or discomfort. I believe massage therapy can be tailored to benefit each client’s wellbeing. I always make sure that my clients leave feeling like we accomplish a goal each session.

I graduated from Elgin Community College in 2017. I love performing Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone and one of my favorites is Prenatal Massage.

Francis provides services in Therapeutic, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Himalayan Salt Stone, Sports massage, Runners Therapy, Trigger Point Release, Body & Facial Cupping and Himalayan Salt Stone Body Exfoliation.

Jessy Schoolman, LMT

Hi my name is Jessy I graduated MTI in 2023.
I specialize in therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. My passion is to help others achieve optimal wellness. I spend time understanding how the body moves for best results.

Jessy provides services in Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Trigger Point Release, Hot Stone Massage and Cupping. Jessy provides onsite chair and table massage for concert performers, dancers, large scale events and businesses.

Leslie Rednour, LMT

Dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals move better, recover faster, and perform at their peak. With a strong foundation in therapeutic and clinical bodywork, Leslie specializes in sports massage techniques that target muscle tension, overuse injuries, restricted mobility, and recovery needs. Her work focuses on improving range of motion, reducing pain, preventing injury, and supporting optimal physical performance for clients at every level — from weekend warriors to competitive athletes.

Blending evidence-based techniques with a holistic understanding of the body, Leslie incorporates deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point work, craniosacral, reflexology, and recovery-focused treatments tailored to each client’s goals. Known for her intuitive touch, professionalism, and results-driven approach, she creates treatment plans that support both immediate relief and long-term function. Leslie is passionate about empowering clients to stay active, resilient, and pain-free so they can continue doing what they love.

Zachary Leachman, LMT

As a manual therapist, my practice is a natural extension of my values. I strive to remain physically active and strong, not only for myself, but for my clients. In addition to running and lifting weights, I’m a dedicated climber. I studied psychology prior to working in this field, so I tend to take a somatic approach with many of my clients, as I believe the body remembers things the mind sometimes forgets. My unique style combines my intuitive skills with knowledge of anatomy and the nervous system. A session with me may leave you feeling more energized than you expected. I believe the human body is more than the sum of its parts, and within this great mystery we can find a deep capacity to heal, and adapt to life’s challenges. Whether you’re a desk worker trying to get your shoulders away from your ears, an athlete looking to recover and gain insight about your body, or a dedicated grandparent looking to feel more nimble while playing hide and seek, I’d love to serve you.

Alison Bannister, Massage Therapy Student MTI

Meet Alison, one of our talented massage therapy students from Midwest Technical Institute. Alison will graduate from MTI in March, 2026. While continuing her studies, she’s been helping out here at ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage building her skills and experience in a real-world setting.
