RENEW MASSAGE IS COMING TO WASHINGTON, ILLINOIS!

At ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage, our therapists specialize in therapeutic massage and targeted bodywork designed to address the areas that hurt, restrict movement, or keep you from doing what you love.

Your Massage. Your Body. Your Goals.

We believe massage should be as individual as the body receiving it. No two bodies are the same and no two sessions should be, either. Every person walks through our doors with a different story. Muscle tension, old injuries, daily stress, restricted movement, training demands, or simply a desire to feel better in their own body.

Our therapists approach massage as a craft, combining experience, knowledge, and specialized techniques to create a session around your needs and goals.

From deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy to trigger point work, myofascial release, stretching, cupping, lymphatic techniques, and more, each modality has a purpose. We assess. We adapt. We work with your body rather than forcing it into a routine.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all massage. We believe in purposeful bodywork, tailored to you.

For over a decade, we’ve built ReNew around the belief that massage is more than relaxation. It’s about understanding the body, addressing what isn’t working, and helping people move, feel, and function better.

This is massage with intention. Bodywork with a purpose. And a team that takes the craft seriously.

We offer services in Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Swedish, Himalayan Salt Stone (heated) & Traditional Hot Stone Sports, Prenatal, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Runners Recovery and Trauma- Informed Bodywork.
