We are an appointment only business but are often able to accommodate same day appointments, based on therapist availability. Please give us a call to check our schedule.

If you are new, we ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes before your first appointment to fill out new client paperwork.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS

A 50% of service deposit is collected for all first time clients at the time an appointment is scheduled. Deposits are applied to the clients account and the remaining 50% of the scheduled service + any tip will be due at the time of appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable but are transferable to another appointment as long as 24 hours notice has been given to any change to appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 309.839.2004 or email renewstm@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance to make any changes to your appointment. Voicemails and emails left after business hours will not be checked until the following day.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO SHOW POLICY

Your massage appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that emergencies may arise & will be taken into consideration. Because our therapists are in high demand & their availability is limited, changes to appointments must be made 24 hours before appointment time.

Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service. If deposit has been collected, deposit will be forfeited to ReNew. Appointments that are no call/no show, will be billed the full price of the service and credit card on file will be charged. All cancellation fees must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please note, your massage session begins and ends at your scheduled time. If you arrive late, you may not be able to receive the full scheduled time so as not to run the following clients behind. You will still be responsible for full payment of the scheduled session.

ALLERGIES

It is your responsibility to inform your therapist at every session of any allergies or sensitivities to scents or certain topical creams, lotions, oils or essential oils.
