This service brings both massage therapy and stretch therapy to your event, school athletes, sport facility or race. Our therapist specializes in massage, pre- and post-workout stretching as well as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching (PNF) to keep athletes at their peak performing level.
